We also offer a variety of seared seafood dishes prepared by artisans.

 

We offer shrimp meat roll skewers, seared ray fins, today's kama-yaki (grilled kama of the day), bamboo charcoal grilled dried bonito flounder whose umami and aroma are irresistible, and sweet and spicy seared squid and seared vinegared mackerel that make the most of the umami of the ingredients.
