Our restaurant’s signature skewers come in four varieties: “thigh,” “negi-ma,” “skin,” and “liver.” You can choose from two seasoning options: salt or sauce. We also recommend ordering a mixed platter to share with your friends and enjoy together.
Our top recommendation is the “Chicken Skewers with Cartilage,” best enjoyed with our special sauce. They’re delicious on their own, but if you order an extra egg yolk and coat them generously, the rich flavor deepens and the umami is amplified! We invite you to savor their juicy deliciousness.
