In this issue, we would like to introduce you to the superb dining menu that we serve at our restaurant. Each dish is an exquisite dish that is sure to be a repeat customer.
For customers who want to eat plenty of vegetables, we recommend our salad menu. Our unique salads, such as "Marugoto Chilled Tomato with Celery Salt" and "Seared Potato Salad with Tuna & Bacon," are available only at our restaurant. The "Hotama Caesar Salad" and "Seafood Seared Rakuzo Salad" are available in two sizes, "Large" and "Regular.
We offer two types of seared menu items: seafood and meat.
The lineup of seared seafood includes a total of five types, such as "Chiba Prefecture extra-large dried sardine whole" and "Seared vinegared mackerel" that are full of fat. You can also order "Hachinohe Surume Cuttlefish Dried Overnight" and "Hokke Dried Overnight", both of which will make you want to drink sake.
A selection of six seared meat dishes, including "Seared Beef Tongue" and "Seared Pork Frank with Melty Mashed Potatoes". Be sure to try the "Special Beef Misuji Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce" and the "Dice Steak with US Chubu Kalbi", both of which are made from rare parts of beef that can only be obtained a few times.
Our nabe menu consists of two types: "Shiro-motsu nabe" and "Aka-motsu nabe", both filled with vegetables, mushrooms, and motsu. You can order additional motsu and vegetables, so if you run out, please do not hesitate to order more. You can choose to finish the nabe with "rice for zosui", "ramen", or "udon".
Rakuzo Utage Kannai Ekimae offers a wide variety of dishes to finish off your meal. The "KONGARI-YAKI ONIGIRI (grilled rice ball)" has a delicious aroma of rice and soy sauce, and the "STONE-YAKI GARLIC RICE with Beef" is a tummy-pounding dish. For those who want to finish off their meal with noodles, be sure to try the "Somen Noodle with Sudachi Scent and Kizami Kamo Soup" or "Yakisoba Noodle with Burnt Soy Sauce and Oyster Oil.
