Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Kannai Ekimae Store.

We purchase the ingredients we serve to our customers with the utmost care. We cannot create delicious food without delicious ingredients.

This time, we would like to introduce the basics of making our delicious dishes! We would like to introduce some of the ingredients that we are particular about.

 

We are particular about dashi! Dashimaki Tamago

It is no exaggeration to say that the taste of Japanese food is determined by the dashi broth. At Rakurakura, we use the highest quality soy sauce made from light round soybeans, and combine it with a broth made from a generous amount of bonito flakes and mixed flakes from Makurazaki and kelp from Hokkaido, giving the soup a mellow flavor.

Be sure to try the fluffy and deep dashimaki tamago!

 

Fresh seafood is served with delicious soy sauce!

We purchase fresh seafood every day. Fresh seafood tastes much better with a good soy sauce.

In fact, the taste of soy sauce is determined by water. Rakura's special soy sauce has a mild taste and is made with underground water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site.

We hope you will enjoy the most delicious dishes with our special seafood and special soy sauce.

 

Authentic Shochu from the Kingdom of Water! Mountain

Yakushima, one of the 100 best waters in Japan, is used to brew this mild-tasting "mountain" shochu. Rakuzo offers this valuable authentic shochu because of its small annual production.

It is a perfect match for Rakura's cuisine, so please order it with your meal.
