Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Kannai Ekimae Store.
When I look around during the cherry blossom viewing season, I encounter many beautiful flowers, cherry blossoms, and other plants. When you see such scenery, you realize that spring has arrived.
Our restaurant offers dishes using such spring ingredients.
Why not order it with alcohol?
Sashimi of sakura shrimps is 690 yen (excluding tax).
Small and translucent in color, sakura shrimps can be enjoyed fresh as sashimi. It has a beautiful pink color that reminds one of the color of spring, and the taste is moist and tender.
It tastes great with sake and shochu.
Hatsugatsuo salt tataki is 850 yen (excluding tax).
This is the first bonito of the season, and it has long been said that the first fish is good luck. It is served with a blend of Setouchi floral salt and salted kelp for a slightly firmer flavor.
Myoga bamboo and bamboo shoot tempura is 690 yen (excluding tax).
Myoga bamboo and bamboo shoots are in season now. Crispy tempura gives them an exquisite crunch without bitterness.
Mitarashi dumplings seared in a meat roll are priced at 300 yen (excluding tax) per dumpling.
A slightly different gem, the sweet Mitarashi dumplings and the pork flavor are a perfect match. Easy to eat, the sweet and savory taste makes it a great dish to savor with sake.
