The season is shifting from winter to spring, but our restaurant is still offering a banquet course featuring nabe (hot pot).

 

Synergy of flavor from chicken and vegetables

The main dish of the "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course" priced at 4,400 yen per person (tax included) is a "thick white hot pot" with plenty of chicken and fresh vegetables. After thoroughly enjoying the dish, you can add rice to the soup and enjoy zosui (rice porridge), along with three kinds of appetizers and sashimi.
Please let us know at the time of reservation if you wish to change from porridge to ramen.

 

Deep flavor created by fermented seasonings

The "Seasonal Taste (Nabe) Course" priced at 4,950 yen per person (tax included) features "authentic pork kimchi nabe made with aged and fermented seasonings" as the main dish and ramen noodles to finish. The trinity of seasonings, pork, and vegetables is a delicious and exceptional combination.

If you would like to change to "Pork Hakubutsu Nabe" and Zosui (rice porridge) for the end of the meal, you need to apply for it at the time of reservation. Please note.

 

Quality duck meat is served with celery for a refreshing taste.

In the Kuzushi Kaiseki (hot pot) Course, duck meat is lightly seared to add a savory flavor and served in a seri-nabe. The usual finishing dish is udon, but it can be changed to zosui (rice porridge) or ramen. This course, which also includes seafood tempura and fresh yuba sashimi, is priced at 5,500 yen per person (tax included).
