We use Daisen chicken! Enjoy the original taste of chicken at our restaurant!

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Kannai Ekimae Branch.

To ensure that our customers can visit our restaurants with peace of mind, we take thorough measures to prevent new coronas, such as sterilization of our restaurants, regular ventilation, and the wearing of masks by our employees.

Now, for our yakitori, we use Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture. The chicken is not soaked in water during the cooling process prior to processing so that no water is drawn in from the outside, bringing out the original flavor of the chicken meat.

In this issue, we would like to introduce our yakitori menu using Oyama chicken.

First of all, we would like to introduce our specialty, the thigh skewer. We offer two kinds of flavors, sauce and salt, so you can enjoy the true taste of Daisen chicken. They go great with beer or highballs. This is a standard menu item that we hope you will choose when ordering our skewers.

 

The platter, which allows you to enjoy various parts of the meat, is an iron plate!

For those who want to enjoy both meat parts and offal at once, we offer an assortment of grilled skewers. This is also recommended for those who find it tedious to order one skewer at a time, or for large groups of customers.
