Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Kannai Ekimae Branch.
There are many ingredients that are in season from winter to spring. In this issue, we would like to introduce a selection of dishes using seasonal ingredients that appear in our "Seasonal Recommendations" section. These are special winter-only menus, so please be sure to check them out so you don't miss out.
Oysters, also known as "milk of the sea," are rich in nutrients and full of flavor. Oysters are in season in winter, and this season is the most delicious with the richest flavor! In our restaurant, we prepare "Oyster Yanagawa Style" using seasonal oysters. We use large, plump oysters, which are very satisfying. From the first bite, your mouth will be filled with the flavor of the sea.
It is softly closed with an egg to give the whole dish a gentle taste. We will bring it to you hot, so please warm your body from the core. This menu is recommended for cold nights with low temperatures.
Rakuzo's Seri Nabe, a pot dish using seri, one of the seven spring herbs, is also available for a limited time only. To allow you to fully enjoy the texture and aroma of Japanese parsley, we used parsley with its roots. Its unique and refreshing aroma brings spring to your mouth.
Seri is considered to go well with meat dishes. In this pot, in addition to celeri, chicken tsukune, momo, and mune3The seeds are used as ingredients.2We can prepare it for two people or more. You can also enjoy Zosui (rice porridge), Ramen noodles, or Udon noodles as the end of the pot!
