ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用した串焼き

お酒のおつまみとして人気の鶏の串焼きをご用意しました。当店では、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使った串焼きを各種そろえております。ももや皮、ねぎ間、軟骨入りつくね、レバーなどのスタンダードでおいしい部位から、せせり、ぼんじり、ハツ、砂肝などの部位も各種ご用意しております。

いろいろな部位を楽しみたいときや、テーブルでのシェアにもおすすめの盛り合わせもございます。

ボリュームたっぷりのお肉系の炙り

いろいろな種類のお肉を使用した炙りもご用意しました。謹製ハーブソーセージの炙りや大山どりの肩肉と国産親鳥の竹炭焼き、大山どりの鶏トロ肉大串焼きなどの、お酒が進むものをそろえました。

ほかにも特選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢や、牛タンの炙り焼きや希少部位である牛ミスジのステーキもございます。
