ビールのお供に相性抜群の揚げものメニューには、「鱧カツ　梅肉おろしポン酢、山椒塩添え」がおすすめです。揚げものなのにさっぱり？と思われるかもしれませんが梅肉おろしのソースと山椒塩で、さっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。
