Hamo Katsu (Hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste and ponzu sauce, served with sansho salt 979 yen (tax included)

Summer pike conger eel has a refreshing taste and fluffy flesh. We have made a luxurious cutlet of hamo to make a satisfying dish.

Because we use freshly cured hamo (conger eel), you can enjoy the texture and flavor of the hamo even when it is used as a cutlet.

 

Raw Hiramasa is recommended during the summer months!

■Sesame sunfish 759 yen (tax included)

The appeal of Hiramasa is its elastic texture and low friability. For this reason, it is recommended to eat it raw.

On our seasonal menu, we offer an excellent dish of sunfish dressed with sesame soy sauce. We hope you will try this delicious dish.

■Duck Negima skewers (with sauce or salt) 385 yen (tax included)

This is a skewer menu of richly flavored duck grilled with green onions. Once you try it, you will be addicted to the taste. How about accompanying it with alcohol?
