Akitogi no Tatsuta-age Tatsuta-age with Namekitake Mushrooms" is a delicious deep-fried Akitogi with a slightly thickened seasoning. It is served with grated nameko mushrooms for a refreshing taste. Please enjoy it with sake, shochu, cold draft beer, or lemon sour!

We also recommend the "Yaizu Bonito Tataki" using bonito that is in season in spring and fall. We are particular about the fishing grounds where the bonito is caught! We prepare it as tataki so that you can directly enjoy the deliciousness of the fatty returning bonito.
