We also recommend the "Yaizu Bonito Tataki" using bonito that is in season in spring and fall. We are particular about the fishing grounds where the bonito is caught! We prepare it as tataki so that you can directly enjoy the deliciousness of the fatty returning bonito. The addition of Shizuoka Prefecture tea leaves to the smoked bonito gives the dish a savory, yet slightly refreshing aroma.
