旬の食材のうまみを引き出したおいしいメニュー

今の季節にもっともおいしい、旬の食材を使用した季節限定メニューをご用意しました。焼津産炭火焼きカツオのタタキは、もっちりとした身と深いうまみがたまらないカツオを、炭火焼にすることで皮の香ばしさを引き出した一品です。たっぷりの薬味とともにお召し上がりください。

ふっくらと柔らかい竹の子の出汁唐揚げふき味噌添えは、外側はカリッと香ばしく仕上げました。そのまま食べても、ふき味噌で食べてもおいしいメニューです。

チーズと一緒に楽しむ季節限定メニュー

ほかにも、春らしい食材を使用した各種季節限定メニューをご用意しております。身がしまってうまみがたっぷりとつまった春しいたけに、生ハムとクリームチーズを添えて串にしました。ワンハンドで食べられる洋風メニューです。

揚げたてポテトチップスに、甘辛の肉味噌とチーズソースをたっぷりかけたローディッド・フライ味噌ミート＆チーズもおすすめです。
