Summer menu starts! | Rakuzo Kashiwa

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Kashiwa store.

 

6月12日より夏宴会コースが始まりました。当店の板前が旬の食材を存分に使い、お料理で夏と涼しさを感じていただける創作料理に仕上げました。季節限定の夏メニューもございます! 今の時期だからこそ楽しめる逸品をご賞味くださいませ。

 

夏の宴会コース

2時間の飲み放題が付いた旬の創作コースは、「オクラの肉詰め」「南瓜サラダ 半熟卵添え」「夏野菜の彩りサラダ」など、初夏を感じる前菜が盛りだくさんです。焼き物の「照り焼きカレーチキン」と、お食事の「冷やし坦々麺ごはん」が、さらに夏を演出します。全10品で、おひとり様4,320円なので、リーズナブルに夏宴会をお楽しみいただけます。

海鮮料理と特選豚料理が楽しめる「旬の味覚コース」では、「特選豚の味噌漬け焼き」や「冷やしレモンうどん」で季節を感じていただきます。全10品に2時間の飲み放題が付いて、おひとり様4,860円の大満足コースです。

 

夏のおすすめ逸品料理

「チリコンカーンのローディッド・フライ」は、厚切り揚げたてのポテトチップスに、チーズとチリコンカーンをかけていただく、最高のオツマミです。ぜひ、この機会に是非お試しくださいませ。

「豚肉と豆腐のゴーヤーチャンプルー」も、夏ならではのオツマミです。豚肉は、US産のアルトポークを使っています。
