Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Kashiwa store.

The citrus scent is refreshing and cool during hot weather, and just smelling the fragrance is enough to make one feel cool. It also has a refreshing effect and is recommended for a change of pace.

The main component of citrus fragrance is "limonene," which is said to be effective for weight loss and activating body cells. We would like to introduce a dish using citrus fruits with such pleasant effects.

 

Frozen lemon ice sour made with frozen lemons

Here is a drink that is perfect for this season, the Frozen Lemon Ice Sour. It does not use any ice, but instead contains frozen lemons. Since no ice is used, the drink does not become thin, and since it contains plenty of lemon, it is full of vitamins and is a refreshing lemon sour.

Just looking at it is enough to make you feel cool. The "Cold Yakko Yakke Sudachi Soba with plenty of thin slices of sudachi on top is a seasonal menu item, available only now. The dashi broth is also infused with the extract of sudachi, so you can enjoy its refreshing flavor forever. Please be sure to try the dashi soup as well.
