Aburi menu recommended by our aburi dining restaurant | Rakura Kashiwa

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Kashiwa store.

At our Aburi Dining restaurant, we are proud of our artisan-grilled seared dishes.
The flavor of the ingredients is concentrated in the seared meat, which is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, giving it an indescribable taste.

When it comes to seared chicken, yakitori is the way to go!

Our yakitori is made from "Daisen-dori", a brand name chicken from Tottori Prefecture. We cut the chicken into large pieces and sear them so that our customers can enjoy the resilient and juicy meat. We offer standard skewers such as momo and negima, as well as chicken white meat and bonjiri.
If you are not sure which skewers to choose, we recommend the 5 or 8 skewer platter.

 

The crispy skin is excellent! Seared vinegared mackerel

Next, from the fish dishes, we introduce "Aburi Shime Saba," which is vinegared mackerel with its surface seared. Saba (mackerel) is said to have been named after the fact that it was sometimes "read saba" for counting, as it quickly loses its freshness.
We use only the freshest mackerel to make our sashimi, so the flesh is very tight. Enjoy the crispy texture of the skin and the aroma of the seared fish.

 

Seared beef tongue, tender and juicy

Seared Beef Tongue is a dish that allows you to fully enjoy the unique texture of tender and juicy beef tongue. Beef tongue is best served with green onions! We garnish it with plenty of green onions, so please enjoy it together.
