Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Kashiwa.

When you think of autumn flavors, what do you imagine? From sweet potatoes to mushrooms to mackerel, this is the time of year when a wide variety of foods are at their best. At our restaurant, we also procure such ingredients through our own channels and prepare original menus based on our chefs' special recipes for a limited time only.

We would like to introduce a selection of sweets from our menu that we hope you will enjoy after your meal. We hope you will enjoy the taste of fall, which can only be enjoyed during this season.

This is "Hazelnut Gelato". Crushed nuts are kneaded into the savory hazelnut paste to create an original gelato. One bite of the gelato will leave you with a pleasantly sweet and nutty flavor.
