Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Kashiwa.
It is a popular menu item for the first drink of the day or for a small drink. When you go to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub), you probably have a dish that you always end up ordering. Today, we would like to introduce some of these classic dishes. Please take a look at the menu to the end, as they are all dishes that you should enjoy with alcohol.
This is a simple but comforting dish, "Dashi-scented Dashi-maki Tamago (rolled egg). Rakura's dashimaki tamago is very fluffy and has a gentle taste. The subtle sweetness of the egg and the aroma of the dashi are a perfect match, and you will not be able to stop eating. The flavor is perfect with sake or shochu, and you will never get tired of this dish. It has a different taste when served with grated daikon radish. The soft texture of this classic dish will make you addicted to it.
This is "Tofu with Aago Dashi (broth)", a standard Japanese dish served at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). Freshly fried tofu and eggplant absorb the aromatic broth, making them even more delicious. The tofu has a firm texture and you can taste the soybean flavor, but it is gentle and mild. It is a dish that warms both body and soul.
Other menu items include "Tataki Cucumber with Ume Plum" and "Seared Stingray Fin", all of which you would want to order at an izakaya (Japanese style bar).
Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment and dinners, to medium-sized banquets and large groups.
We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We are also proud of our original dishes. Unlike ordinary izakaya restaurants, we focus on dishes other than snacks, so even those who do not drink alcohol can enjoy our food.
We look forward to serving you all.
