First, we would like to introduce you to the "Special beef misuji steak with grated onion and apple sauce," which allows you to enjoy a rare part of the meat, misuji, which is only 2 to 3 kilograms from a single cow. Located on the backside of the shoulder blade, it is a part of the body that is not usually moved much, so you can enjoy its tender meat quality.
