当店では和食を中心としたメニューをご提供させていただいております。
和食といえばやっぱりお魚料理ですよね。
海鮮料理はお刺身として食べてもおいしい、炙っても香ばしさが出ておいしい！そして焼き物ももちろん！
今回は当店の海鮮料理の中でおすすめの3品をご紹介いたします。

 

時期によって変わるのがまた来たくなる！

「本日のお造り」はその日の仕入れはもちろん、時期によって変わるお造りです。
もちろんお魚は旬のものなどがございます。例えばぶりでしたら12月などと…。こういったシーズンにもよって変わるものなのでまた来たくなりますね。

 

ただのスルメイカではありません！

おつまみにもなる海鮮料理の一つといえばスルメイカ。
しかし、当店でお出ししているスルメイカはただのスルメイカではありません。「するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り」といって甘辛ソースをつけて炙ったものです。
その分ソースの香ばしさと烏賊の食感が楽しめます。

 

焼き物も時期によって楽しめます。

「本日のカマ焼き」はその日や時期によって楽しめる、まさに「本日のお造り」と似ていますね。
中々食べることのないカマは脂がのっているものも中にはございます。
