This is "Chicken Meat Tataki" which is available in limited quantities. You can enjoy the soft and moist texture characteristic of tataki. The more you bite into it, the more the flavor will fill your mouth. The quantity is limited, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Please enjoy it with sake or shochu.
