At our restaurant, we have prepared a different kind of croquette, "Special Monja Croquette," which can be served with alcoholic beverages. Monja" appears from within the crispy batter. Next up is the spicy lotus root deep-fried spring roll, which has an addictive texture. Inside the crispy skin is a generous amount of spicy lotus root.
