The first dish introduced here is the classic dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). One bite of the softly baked egg will fill your mouth with the gentle aroma and flavor of dashi broth. The soft texture and flavor are exquisite, and many people are sure to be comforted by the taste. Recommended when you want to take a breather.
