First up is "Bamboo Shoots and Sanriku Wakame Tempura," which uses bamboo shoots with an addictive texture and mineral-rich Sanriku wakame (seaweed). The crispy fried tempura is a perfect accompaniment to sake! The flavor of the ingredients is further enhanced when served with the accompanying cherry salt.
