Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Koriyama Ekimae Store.

Our restaurant is patronized as a banquet hall in Koriyama because of its easy access from the west exit of Koriyama Station. We have many opportunities to meet with our customers who play the role of organizers, and we have seen them struggle to decide on the dishes to be served. Naturally, we put a lot of effort into developing banquet course dishes to satisfy everyone, and all of our current course dishes are our pride and joy. This time, we would like to introduce our recommended "Kuzushi Kaiseki".

What does kuzushi kaiseki mean?

A question we are often asked is "What does kuzushi kaiseki mean?" is "What does kuzushi kaiseki mean? Recently, Japanese cuisine has been influenced by foreign cultures, and many different ingredients and cooking methods are being used without being bound by conventional ideas. This new type of Japanese cuisine is often referred to as "kuzushi kaiseki" or "kuzushi kappo.

Our Kuzushi Kaiseki consists of two types: the "Nabe Course" and the "Ippin Course"!

In our Kuzushi Kaiseki course, you can choose either a nabe dish or a seasonal delicacy as the main course. In both the "Nabe Course" and the "Ippin Course," you will first taste the seafood dish of the day.

The nabe course offers luxurious one-pot dishes such as "seared duck in a grass pot," while the gems course offers rare and premium ingredients such as "beef kainomi (a rare part of the ribs that is closest to the fillet) steak.
