Yodarechicken, so named because it is "so delicious that it makes you drool just thinking about it," is served with spring greens.

The spicy sauce with sansho (Japanese pepper), sesame seeds, and garlic is the key to Yodarechicken. It is a delicious dish that goes well with all kinds of alcoholic beverages!

We also have a large selection of spring-inspired sakes. The refreshing and slightly sweet "Strawberry Beer" is a seasonal drink that goes well with our spring menu. Cocktails include "Strawberry Fizz," a refreshing drink popular among women, and "Strawberry Sparkling," a champagne-like drink based on strawberries and white grapes.
