The warm days are increasing. This is the season for many welcome and farewell parties. In this issue, we would like to introduce some banquet courses that will come in handy during such a season.

A 12-course menu to liven up your banquet

The "Kuzushi Kaiseki Course," which includes all-you-can-drink for two hours, is a 12-course banquet course that allows you to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes in a kaiseki style, and is recommended for a welcome and farewell party.

Soft-shell shrimp marinated with leek and sesame seeds, mimosa salad with colorful vegetables, and three kinds of sashimi are also included. For the main course, we offer a carefully selected beef steak that is full of flavor and filling, and a full lineup of seafood salad rolls to finish off the meal.

Other courses include sukiyaki and a splendid blend of Japanese and Western cuisine.

Premium" can also be enjoyed with a variety of famous sake!

Next, we would like to introduce our all-you-can-drink menu, which can be changed to "Premium" for an additional 500 yen from the "Standard" menu, which offers more than 50 kinds of drinks to enjoy to the fullest. We offer a variety of nationally known sake, including Miyagi's famous Ichinokura Honjozo and Urakasumi. Please enjoy them to your heart's content with our delicious food.

In addition to banquet courses, we also offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes. The "Extra Thick Crunchy Menma" is thicker than usual and has a crispy texture, making it a great accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.
