Aromatic dashi broth is made by a special process! Dashimaki Tamago

Dashi-scented dashi maki tamago (rolled egg) 590 yen (tax excluded)

Dashi is the key to Japanese cuisine. At our restaurant, dashi is made from bonito flakes and mixed flakes from Makurazaki and kelp from Hokkaido, combined with the finest maru-soy sauce. The dashimaki tamago made with this broth is a delicacy with a soft, fluffy texture and gentle flavor.

You can enjoy the fresh seafood of the day's recommendation or a taste of the season.

We are particular about the soy sauce used to flavor our sashimi. Our soy sauce is made from underground water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site. Please enjoy the mild taste of our soy sauce, which enhances the umami of the sashimi.

Yakitori, an exquisite snack that goes well with a variety of alcoholic beverages, is an excellent dish prepared by our chefs' special searing technique. We use "Daisen-dori," a brand-name chicken with a strong umami flavor, and grill it so that the surface is fragrant and the meat is plump and juicy. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake.
