In addition to the authentic motsunabe, "RAKUZO-RAKUZO Koriyama Ekimae" offers a banquet course in which you can choose Taiwanese motsunabe as well. We recommend this course mainly featuring motsunabe for those who want to build up their stamina during the hot summer season.

We have prepared a banquet course featuring motsunabe, a dish that allows you to enjoy the authentic taste of Fukuoka in a casual atmosphere. Our motsu nabe has a broth flavored with dashi broth and seasoned with rich white miso paste. We use only domestically produced shimachou (Japanese chow), which is carefully pre-processed so that it has no odor and a plump texture.

Taiwanese Motsunabe with spicy Taiwanese minced meat

We also offer a banquet course of Taiwanese motsu nabe topped with homemade spicy Taiwanese minced fish. Please use this course when you want to enjoy spicy hot pot because it is summer.

Each course includes 9 dishes, including the main course, appetizers, sashimi, and ramen noodles to finish, as well as all-you-can-drink for 2 hours for 4,500 yen per person (tax included).
