Our restaurant offers a wide variety of creative Japanese dishes using seafood and mountain vegetables. This course is a 10-course meal, starting with seasonal appetizers and ending with after-dinner dessert. After a series of dishes that go well with alcoholic beverages, "thick Hakuchu hot pot" appears as the main course. The flavor that seeps out from the various ingredients enhances the deliciousness of the Hakyu broth. Please enjoy the warming nabe dishes and have a good time.
