What do you like on the izakaya menu? Many of you must like the classic kushiyaki skewers as an easy and enjoyable accompaniment to drinks. At our restaurant, we offer a variety of kushiyaki skewers made with "Daisen-dori," a locally raised chicken from Tottori. The photo shows a platter that allows you to enjoy a variety of skewers at one time.

Some may be surprised at the color, but it is juicy and satisfying. The second photo is the "Oyama-dori chicken tenderloin grilled on a large skewer with salt and wasabi" served on a large skewer.
