Many people choose seafood dishes to accompany sake and other alcoholic beverages. At our restaurant, we offer a variety of sashimi that allow you to directly enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. In addition to the "Today's Sashimi" shown in the photo, we also offer "Special Sashimi Three-Piece Platter/1,199 yen (tax included)" and "Special Sashimi Five-Piece Platter/1,859 yen (tax included)".

Seared salmon sashimi with grated shiso leaves / 935 yen (tax included)

We also recommend the "Seared Salmon Sashimi with grated shiso leaves" which enhances the flavor of the ingredients. The flavor of the salmon is enhanced by the searing process and is served with condiments. The condiments enhance the flavor of the ingredients.
