The lineup of shochu that goes well with Japanese food is rich in individuality and includes both standard and premier brands. Six varieties of sweet potato shochu are available, including "Umi", "Tominohozan", and "Mitake", while three brands of barley shochu are available to order: "Nanjakanja", "Enma", and "Kami no Kawa".

We especially recommend the bottles, which can be ordered from 3,500 yen per bottle (excluding tax). We have five brands including "Kurokirishima," "Rento," and "Zanba Black.

Sake to pair with Yakitori and Sashimi

We have prepared "Kagatobi", a dry sake with both umami and sharpness, "Hakkaisan", "Ichinokura", "Urakasumi", etc. by the glass and in tokkari. Otters" is also available by the glass or bottle. If you want to enjoy it to the fullest, please choose the bottle, and if you want to compare various kinds of bottles or enjoy drinking a little, please choose the glass or tokkuri.

Sweet and tasty plum wine is also recommended.
