Our restaurant offers a menu of seasonal recommendations. Today, we will pick up a few of our seasonal recommendations and introduce them to you, so please check them out until the end.
Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)
Have you enjoyed seasonal yellowtail? The seasonal yellowtail is rich in fat and has a rich flavor. At our restaurant, we serve yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce called "Ryukyu," a local Oita delicacy. We recommend it as an accompaniment to a shizukuri (a Japanese traditional drink)! We hope you enjoy it.

Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Next, we will introduce the "Yose-konabe", a thick Hakutsu Yose-konabe, in which you can enjoy a Hakutsu broth infused with the flavor of the ingredients. The rich yet light flavor of this dish will leave you wanting more. We hope you enjoy this warm nabe dish on a cold day.
