Many of you must be fond of skewers, a staple accompaniment to alcoholic beverages. Our restaurant offers a variety of skewers carefully prepared one by one. The photo shows our recommended "Japanese Chicken Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage. The texture of the cartilage accents the skewers and makes them irresistible. We also have egg yolks for the Tsukune skewers available. Recommended as an accompaniment to sake, beer, and a variety of other alcoholic beverages.
