はじめにご紹介するのは、「お刺身」です。当店では、上記のお造りをご用意しています。一つ一つの素材を丁寧に盛り付けた自慢のお造りをお酒と共にお楽しみください。素材がもつ本来の旨味にお酒も進みます。

炙り料理がお好きな方はいませんか？炙り料理といえば香ばしい香りに食欲がそそられるという方は少なくないはず。上記は一部になりますが、黒い見た目がインパクトのある「鰹ハラス一夜干しの竹炭焼き」と、甘辛い味が後を引く「イカの甘辛炙り」です。炙りならではの香りを楽しみながらお召し上がりください。
