Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

As the temperature gets cooler, hot pot dishes become more and more delicious. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our signature hot pot dishes. Please warm up your cold body with our delicious hot pot.

Spicy hot pot with a different flavor

Taiwanese motsunabe has a rich flavor with plenty of minced meat and red pepper paste. You can enjoy a slightly different taste from the standard motsunabe. The flavor from the minced meat spreads throughout the broth, making it an outstandingly delicious dish. The capsaicin in the capsicum warms the body from the core, making it perfect for the coming season.

For an additional nabe finish, rice, ramen, or udon noodles are available, but the best choice for Taiwanese motsu nabe is ramen noodles. The rich broth is well mixed with Chinese noodles, and the soup is well known to be enjoyed to the last drop.

How about sukiyaki, everyone's favorite?

Sukiyaki is one of the most popular hot pots for men and women of all ages. It is also one of the most representative dishes of Japan. At our restaurant, we offer sukiyaki as one of our course meals.

The "Sukiyaki Course" includes a variety of dishes in addition to sukiyaki, for a total of 10 dishes. All of the dishes are prepared with the chef's great sense of taste, and we are sure that you will be satisfied. The sukiyaki course is also available for "special occasions," such as birthdays and anniversaries.
