When you want to enjoy drinks along with juicy seared dishes, we offer snack-type seared dishes that you can easily enjoy. We have chorizo, which has a spicy flavor that will make your beer go down a storm, and our house-made herb sausage seared with a refreshing herbal aroma! Herb sausage seared with herbs is also available.

We also recommend the blackened oyadori chicken, which has an irresistible crunchy texture, and the dice steak of US medium fall ribs, which can be eaten with chopsticks due to its bite-size size.
