しっとりやわらか希少部位　牛ミスジのステーキ

牛ミスジは1頭の牛から3kgほどしかとれない希少部位です。肩甲骨付近のお肉であまり動かすことがない部位のため、独特の食感・柔らかさが楽しめるのが特徴です。

噛むほどに旨みがあふれる赤身肉ならではの味わいのステーキに、おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをたっぷりとからめて召し上がってください1,190円（税抜）でご提供しております。赤身肉は硬いイメージがある方にこそおすすめしたい一品です。

中落ちカルビ・特選豚・若鶏の3つのお肉を盛り合わせでご提供しております。牛は噛むたびにじゅわっと旨みがあふれ、豚はしっかりと脂がのった部位ならではの脂の甘みが楽しめます。若鶏は皮はパリッとお肉はふわっとジューシーな食感に仕上げています。
