Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

 

Rakuzo Utage Kyoto Ekimae offers a limited menu featuring delicious winter ingredients. Please enjoy the menu featuring seasonal ingredients and wintery cooking methods in a relaxed atmosphere of a private room.

 

Today, we would like to introduce you to the limited menu we offer at our restaurant. Please feel free to visit us if you would like to enjoy a different menu.

 

Delicious seasonal menu perfect for snacks

We have prepared a delicious seasonal menu that goes perfectly with alcoholic beverages. Tempura using burdock root, which is in season in winter, is served with chili pepper salt for a crispy texture.

 

Ryukyu, a local Oita delicacy of yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce, is made with yellowtail that is now in season. Please enjoy this unique dish, which is filled with the fat and umami of cold yellowtail.

 

We have a limited menu of delicious winter hot pots.

We also have a limited menu of nabe dishes that are delicious and warming in the cold winter. The Yose-konabe, a thick white soup filled with the umami of the ingredients, is perfect for those who want to enjoy a little nabe.

 

We have also prepared a seared duck celeri nabe that also includes plenty of vegetables. This dish is also recommended for those who want to eat a well-balanced meal, as it is served with plenty of celeri and tomyo.
