Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.
As of yesterday, we have changed the course menu to summer specifications. Today, we would like to introduce two reasonably priced plans from the various courses that have just started.
Seasonal course 2,750 yen (tax included)
The main course consists of battered and deep-fried white fish served with grated daikon, which has a rich flavor of Japanese soup stock, and juicy teriyaki chicken with a tangy kick of sansho (Japanese pepper). On the side of the teriyaki chicken, grilled and savory corn is added. Other dishes include an assortment of seasonal appetizers, fresh vegetable salad, and other items that make the most of the flavors of the ingredients.
Seasonal Taste Course 3,300 yen (tax included)
A total of 10 gems will be served, including batter-fried white fish and squid served with yuzu kosho sauce, appetizers, salads, and sashimi. The ingredient used for the specially selected grilled pork shoulder is hybrid pork, which is packed with flavor. The sweet-sour leek soy sauce not only perfectly matches the original flavor of the pork, but also raises the taste of the ingredients to a new level.
All course plans, including the menu introduced today, are available with an additional 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. In addition to beer and highballs, we have prepared a wide variety of non-alcoholic drinks. Please feel free to use this service if you have any requests.
