Firstly, we would like to introduce the "Seasonal Creation Course," which consists of 10 dishes.
This course is our specialty, featuring only creative dishes using seasonal ingredients. The 10-course menu includes "colorful salad with prosciutto ham and cottage cheese," "boiled edamame with salt," "assorted three kinds of sashimi," and more. The main course includes dishes such as "batter-fried white fish and scallop with Shogoin kabura sauce" and "grilled young chicken on kombu with pickled Chinese cabbage with yuzu kosho".
