Bonito in spring and fall.2Although the fish is in season twice a year, bonito in this season is very refreshing and easy to eat even when you have a poor appetite. We are currently offering "Bonito Sashimi with Yakumi (condiments)" as a limited time spring menu item. We will bring several kinds of condiments, so please enjoy matching and your favorite. Chicken meat is difficult to manage because of its quick deterioration, but we prepare the freshest chicken meat possible through our careful procurement.
