秋の旬菜を主役に迎えた一品

秋に旬を迎える食材はたくさんありますが、なかでもおいしいと人気があるもののひとつが「なす」です。なすを主役にした逸品「熊本県産大長なすの炙り」は、もうお召し上がりになりましたか？長なすよりももっと長い大長なすは、九州を中心に栽培・消費されているなすです。
