"White Motsu Nabe" (1,529 yen per serving, tax included) is an authentic Hakata-style hot pot made with fresh offal. The fresh offal has minimal odor or strong flavors and is packed with umami. It’s a magical ingredient—juicy and capable of enhancing the flavor of every other ingredient in the pot. The vegetables in our offal hot pot are a huge hit—even with people who usually don’t like vegetables, who find them easy to eat and can’t stop digging in! If you’re starting to get a little tired of Hakata’s classic “Shira-motsu-nabe,” why not try our “Taiwan Motsu-nabe” for 1,529 yen per serving (tax included)? In addition to offal, we use ground meat to create a richer flavor. The subtle kick of spice adds a nice accent and pairs perfectly with drinks.
