Have you had a chance to try our limited-time menu that changes with the seasons? Currently, we are preparing dishes featuring the flavors of autumn. Please enjoy the flavors of the season. Mackerel is synonymous with fish that easily loses its freshness, but at our restaurant, you can enjoy fresh Mackerel as sashimi. Sashimi is made from the fatty mackerel off the coast of Nagasaki, and when placed on the palate, the sweetness unique to the fat of the fish spreads out, making it an outstandingly delicious dish. If served with a glass of chilled sake, both the sake and the sashimi will taste even better! We hope you enjoy it.
