Now, our restaurant offers a recommended menu for each season, and this winter we have a recommended menu as well. Today, we would like to introduce some of the dishes from our winter menu that are sure to be enjoyed with alcoholic beverages.
Celery pickled in five seconds of raayu / 490 yen (tax excluded)
If you like spicy food, try our "Celery Pickled in Five Seconds of Raoyu". This dish is an instant pickle made with celery. This dish allows you to enjoy the crispy texture of celery while savoring the flavor of lemon and the spiciness of raayu (Chinese red chili oil). Many people become addicted to this dish. It goes great with sake. We hope you will try it.
Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)
Have you ever heard of "Ryukyu"? Ryukyu is yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame and soy sauce, and is a local dish of Oita Prefecture. We offer our original "Ryukyu" made with kneaded sesame seeds. Please try it with sake.
