Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

We use safe and secure "Daisen Dori" for our yakitori. Daisen Dori, raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, has a good balance of fat and is full of nutrients!

Our chefs are experts at "searing" the Oyama chicken, which has a concentrated flavor, and it is a perfect match for our sake. Please enjoy it with your favorite drink.

The chewy Oyama chicken is perfect for enjoying as yakitori! The juicy flavor is so good that you will be tempted to order "one more skewer". If you are not sure which one to order, try the "thigh skewer" first. The resilient Oyama chicken thighs are perfect with any type of sake!

The richly flavored chicken skin is another characteristic of Oyama Dori. Of course, we also offer "chicken skin skewers" of Oyama chicken skin, which is covered with fat and has concentrated flavor.
