Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

 

Rakuzo Utage Kyoto Ekimae offers an exquisite seared menu grilled by artisans. We offer not only authentic seared meat, but also seared seafood. By searing fresh seafood, you can enjoy it as a juicy and savory menu.

We also have a wide selection of shochu and sake that go perfectly with our seared seafood. Please visit us when you wish to sip a glass of sake with seared seafood.

 

A wide variety of seared seafood perfect for snacks

Our artisans grill a wide variety of seafood. In addition to the popular ray fins and dried tiger hokke, we also offer sweet and spicy seared surume squid that is hard to stop eating.

We also offer today's kama-yaki (grilled kama of the day), which takes advantage of our daily procurement to grill the kama of the day with salt. Our seared handmade Satsuma-age is also a perfect snack.

 

Shochu and sake from various regions of Japan are available.

We have more than 50 types of shochu that we offer. We have shochu from all over Japan, including sweet potato, rice, barley, brown sugar, awamori, and shiso. We also have premium shochu that are hard to find.

We have a selection of shochu and sake that go well with our seared seafood, so please enjoy our delicious drinks with our signature seared seafood.
