Hello, I am the PR manager for the Kyoto Ekimae branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private room restaurant.

Kushiyaki is the perfect snack for alcoholic beverages. One of the reasons for their popularity is that they can be eaten in one hand while sipping sake. At Rakuzo Utage Kyoto Ekimae, we offer a variety of delicious kushiyaki skewers made with Daisen Dori, a brand-name local chicken.

All of the chicken skewers served at our restaurant are made from Daisen chicken. Daisen chicken is raised in the wild and has no sinews, which gives it a tender meat and umami taste.

We offer a wide variety of popular parts such as thigh, skin, negima, hatsu, bonjiri, gizzard, etc. You can order from a single piece, or we also offer an assortment.
